If your question is not answered in our client centre you may submit a support ticket to our support department.

FTP Information

The FTP address to upload your website is ftp.pla.net.nz
Your FTP username is the username supplied to you when you signed up for your account and the password is the one you chose at the same time

Email Information

To log into webmail go to www.pla.net.nz/webmail
The incoming (or POP) email server address is mail.pla.net.nz
Please note, for SPAM prevention purposes we do not have an outgoing (SMTP) server, please refer to your internet service provider for your outgoing email settings.
